I don’t understand for being too fatigued to care — but a whole lot of news dropped about the Apple Car over the past few days if you’ve been paying attention — I won’t blame you. And you had waning, buckle up, friend if you’ve already found whatever interest. The rumors are merely planning to move faster and faster from right here on out.

First, there was clearly the headlines from Korean paper DongA Ilbo, via Automotive Information, that Apple had been likely to spend $3.6 billion into Kia, which can be likely to produce the Apple that is long-awaited C at its West Point, Ga. plant. Then, MacRumors shared a note from Ming-Chi Kuo, a Apple that is decently reliable analyst sources their insights through the company’s supply chain, stating that the Apple automobile will use Hyundai’s E-GMP platform. And lastly, yesterday CNBC included that Apple’s very first automobile “won’t be made to have a driver.”

Now, the implications among these reports are significant and search become originating from reputable sources (for the part that is most, anyway; I can’t speak to DongA Ilbo’s credibility.) Hyundai Would be responsible for the right part of the car that moves, so Apple could concentrate on the hardware and software intelligence. In a way, it’s actually a development that is predictable as Apple had been thought to own abadndoned complete vehicle manufacturing a couple of years ago, moving its focus solely to pc software. With someone like Kia, however, the ongoing company would have a home for its tech, and the result would be fully Apple-branded. That all sounds pretty good for Apple!
