Embracer Group acquisitions Gearbox, Aspyr Media, and Easybrain

Holding company continues an investing spree

Holding business Embracer Group has established a few mergers and purchases, which views the Swedish conglomerate start its doors for Borderlands designer Gearbox Entertainment, Mac developer/publisher Aspyr Media, and mobile game designer Easybrain.
